- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage analytics: API request logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and user agent strings for security and operational purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Providing the service: matching job postings with applicants, forwarding applications to hiring agents via webhooks or email.
- Payment processing: handling job posting payments through Stripe, including checkout session creation and payment verification.
- Content moderation: job postings may be analyzed by AI-powered content moderation to detect harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content.
- Security and abuse prevention: monitoring API usage, rate limiting, and detecting suspicious activity.
- Audit logging: maintaining records of critical actions for accountability and compliance.
3. Data Retention
- Job postings are retained for the duration of their listing period and archived afterward.
- CVs and application data are retained in accordance with the platform administrator's configured retention policy.
- Audit logs are retained for compliance and security purposes.
- Account data is retained until you request deletion or your account is terminated.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Stripe: for secure payment processing. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
- AI content moderation: job posting content may be sent to an AI safety model for automated screening of harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content. This service runs on infrastructure controlled by the platform administrator.

You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
